As a scale-up company, Trengo has a long road ahead to ensure Diversity & Inclusion (D&I). While we learn from mistakes that make us aware of what improvements we should make, we are committed to building a motivating and respectful workplace that always works toward equity and justice.

3.1 Our commitment

By forming a diverse team, we want to empower people by collectively respecting and appreciating what makes them different in terms of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, education, cultural background, and national origin. To facilitate diversity, we are focusing on making it attractive for people from all different backgrounds to join our company and become a Trengo Hero. Our journey for diversity starts in the recruitment process.

In the next years, we will actively work on making sure that diversity translates also into inclusivity. Our commitment goes to ensuring that all Trengo Heros develop, keep and help to maintain a sense of belonging, feeling of respect and value towards people from all different backgrounds. We do this together.


3.2 Our efforts

Currently, we are putting considerable effort into our recruitment process when it comes to D&I. Our Talent Team is making sure that all vacancies contain gender-neutral language to avoid gender bias right from the start. In addition, we concentrate our recruitment efforts around values alignment and skills rather than identities. So, we gladly accept applications that do not contain profiles pictures, or addresses. We encourage people from various backgrounds to apply.
