❗️First things first

First of all, in case you feel you are a victim of harassment: You are always in charge of the process (formal or informal) and can decide if and how to move forward when you report an incident. We encourage you to talk about what happened.

If you are being (sexually) harassed (or suspect another person is being harassed), please report it to the people team, your manager or our confidential counselor. In serious cases like sexual assault, please call the police and inform the people team that you plan to press charges. We understand it’s often difficult to come forward about these issues, and we strive to have as many channels of communication open so that whoever you're comfortable talking to, we're here for you.
